Think health, not drugs at Namchi Senior Secondary School

Namchi, 26 June: Hope Foundation, Namchi, observed World Anti Drugs Day conveying the message, “Think health not Drugs”, with a special programme held here at Namchi Senior Secondary School auditorium hall under the sponsorship of Sikkim State AIDS Control Society.
The programme was attended by DSP District Prisons Namchi Aron G. Targain as the chief guest accompanied by Project Counsellor Hope Foundation Anjana JL Chettri.
Addressing the programme, the DSP spoke on the horrors of substance abuse and urged students in the audience to “always say no” when it comes to substance of abuse.
On the occasion, a quiz competition was also been organized for the students of classes X, XI and XII. The Class XII students won the quiz competition with Class X coming second and Class XI on third position.
