GANGTOK, 19 May [IPR]: District Collector, East, AK Singh
handed over Election Certificates to the winning candidates from different
constituencies of East District, at his chamber today.
The winning candidates of Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) from
Chujachen constituency, Bikram Pradhan, Gnathang Machong constituency, Dorjee
Tshering Lepcha and Namcheybung constituency, Bek Bahadur Rai received the
Election Certificate at the office of East District Collectorate.
The candidates of Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) from West
Pendam constituency, Gopal Baraily, Rhenock, Hemendra Adhikari, Syari, Kunga
Nima Lepcha, Martam Rumtek, Mechung Bhutia, Upper Tadong, Timothy William
Basnett, Arithang, Shyam Pradhan, Gangtok, Pintso Chopel, Upper Burtuk, Prem
Singh Tamang and Sangha, Sonam Lama were handed over their Election
certificates in the afternoon.
The District Collector, East presented certificates to the
winning candidates after completing official formalities.
