GANGTOK, 04 Dec: Teesta-IV Hydro Electric Project, NHPC Ltd has constructed a safety fencing around the playground of Govt. Primary School, Upper Mangshila, North Sikkim, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
