APS-Gangtok scores 100% in CBSE

GANGTOK, 21 May: Army Public School, Gangtok has recorded 100% pass percentage yet again with all 33 of its students who appeared clearing the exam.
A press release informs that the toppers of the school who scored 10 CGPA [Cumulative Grade Point Average] are Gaurav Singh, Ayush Dalara and Ashutosh Pradhan. Out of 33 students who appeared, 11 students scored above 9 CGPA, 8 scored above 8 CGPA and the rest scored above 6 CGPA.
The Patron and the Chairman congratulated the children and wished them the best for their future, the release adds.

APS Gangtok and Bagrakote win Eastern Command Inter APS volleyball tournament

GANGTOK, 20 May: Eastern Command Inter Army Public Schools Volleyball Tournament ended here today with the APS-Gangtok patron as chief guest.

In Cluster-4 Boys category, APS-Gangtok emerged winners while in the Girls category, APS-Bagrakote clinched the title.

Goldie Singh from APS-Gangtok and Nitu Gajmer from APS-Bagrakote were adjudged best players of the tournament in their respective categories.

Army Public School observes Communal Harmony Week

GANGTOK, 24 Nov: Army Public School, Gangtok has been conducting various programmes since 19 Nov to observe the Communal Harmony week. On 24 Nov, an all religious meet was held in the school in which representatives of Muslim, Christian, Hindu and Sikh religions presented their views on religious amity, informs a press release.
