GANGTOK, 23 May: Melli Police have arrested one man in
possession of contraband substances on Thursday. The accused, a 27-year-old
resident of Majhigaon, Melli was caught by beat duty officers while on their
evening patrol near Melli Petrol Pump with a plastic bag full of contraband
substances, as per Sikkim Police social media page. The case is under
investigation.
