SKM ward-level committee formed at Gnathang-Machong

GANGTOK, 08 Jan: Sikkim Krantikari Morcha convened a meeting at Pheri panchayat ward under Gnathang-Machong constituency chaired by Pakyong zonal president, Chopel Zangpo Bhutia on Tuesday. An SKM press release informs that in the meeting, a ward-level committee was constituted and 15 houses hoisted the SKM flag.
The committee has Wangden Bhutia as president, Gopu Tshering Bhutia and Pintso Wangyal Bhutia as vice-president, Tashi Topgay Bhutia as secretary, Ugen Dorjee Bhutia and Tshering Nopu Bhutia as assistant secretaries, Karma Tshering Bhutia and Ongay Bhutia as treasurer, Tseten Tashi Bhutia as publicity secretary, Nim Tshering Bhutia as assistant publicity secretary and Karma Sonam Bhutia, Sonam Ongchuk Bhutia, Pem Tshering Bhutia and Ugen Dorjee Bhutia as advisors.

SKM ward-level meeting held at Gnathang-Machong

GANGTOK, 04 Dec: A ward-level meeting of Sikkim Krantikari Morcha was convened at Akuching-Ungrung under Gnathang-Machong constituency today, which was chaired by the party advisor, Dubo Tshering Bhutia.
An SKM press release claims that at the meeting, residents accused the ruling party of discrimination on the basis of political affiliation and community in the distribution of government benefits. Zonal president of the party, Chopel Bhutia accused the government of dilution of old laws of Sikkim.
The release further claims that during the meeting 18 houses joined the SKM party and assured to work dedicatedly and actively in the party.

SKM ward-level committee formed at Lower Sukrabarey

GANGTOK, 11 Nov: Sikkim Krantikari Morcha convened a meeting at Lower Sukrabarey of Sadam-Suntaley GPU under Melli constituency under the party’s organization expansion mission today. The meeting chaired by Ram Prasad Bajgai constituted a ward-level committee for the area.
An SKM press release informs that the committee has Bishal Pradhan as president, Kisan Chettri and Harka Chettri as vice-presidents, Kapil Chettri as general secretary, Arjun Pradhan as secretary, Nayan Pradhan as publicity secretary and Til Bahadur Chettri as treasurer.
Active member of the party, GM Gurung has stated that under the leadership of SKM party, ‘change’ was inevitable in the State, the release adds.
