GANGTOK, 04 Feb: The Sikkim Lepcha Youth Association, in
collaboration with Human Resource and Development Department, organized an
orientation-cum-counselling programme on 02 February. SLYA is also organizing winter
coaching classes for under-privileged students of class X and XII since 10 December
2013.

Director (Scholarship section) HRDD, KD Bhutia deputed by the department, spoke
on the various aspects of higher studies and scholarship programmes provided by
the government of Sikkim.
The organisation thanked the HRDD department and KD Bhutia
