GANGTOK, 25 Aug: Sikkim Krantikari Morcha publicity secretary, Bikash Basnet, who had contested the Assembly elections on an SKM ticket from Rangang-Yangyang in April, has resigned from his post and primary membership of the party. An SKM press release informs that he submitted his resignation letter to the party president, PS Tamang [Golay] on 22 August citing personal reasons.
