MANGAN, 27 Apr: As
per the instruction of ECI all candidates and representatives of political
parties of North District inspected the security arrangements of the Strong
Room at Zilla Bhawan Mangan in North Sikkim today in the presence of DC North,
TN Kazi and ADC North, Raj Yadav.
Further, the candidates were also informed about the appointment of
counting agents and postal ballots.
