GANGTOK, 18 Aug: Excess load on the carrier of a taxi led to an accident injuring four passengers in Khopa Muk, Gyalshing, West Sikkim on 17 August, a Sikkim Police update informs. The injured were taken to Gyalshing District Hospital. A case under section 279/337/338 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered at Gyalshing Police Station against the driver of the vehicle.
