GANGTOK, 04 Jan: The State Government has designated engineers in the rank of Assistant Engineers and above [serving under the Government of Sikkim] as Government Authorised Valuers for the purpose of carrying out valuation of assets (including roads, buildings, structures, plant and machinery etc.), covering components of civil, electrical mechanical and other technical nature, during enquiry and investigation of the cases of Sikkim Vigilance Police.
