GANGTOK, 19 Feb: This year, the Holi meet, "PARIVARIK HOLI MILAN SAMAROH", organised by the Marwari Samaj of Gangtok will include a Talent Hunt Competition. A press release informs that the main aim of this event is to provide an opportunity to the best "undiscovered" young talent in the Marwari community.
In addition, the event will provide an opportunity to the participants to display their talent in front of an audience and the deserving will be promoted by the organisers, the release informs. There are three categories in the competition which are Fancy Dress, Dance and Dandiya.
The Fancy Dress competition is for children between 5 to 11 years, the Dance (Group or Solo) for children between aged 12 to 15 years and the Theme Dance on Holi for 16 to 20 year olds wherein a choreographer will train the participants while there is also a Dandiya competition for females (Group).
