MANGAN, 21 Apr: 53-year-old, Debasis De arrived on foot in
Mangan, North Sikkim on 20 April. De has been travelling on foot since 1991
from New Delhi spreading the message of world peace under the flag of the
United Nations. He has been on the world peace expedition “WOPEX” covering 151
countries, including 7000 schools, colleges, universities and other
institutions.
