As per a press release, the officials visited the MGNREGA work sites at two GPUs under Rhenock Block namely Tarpin GPU and Sudunglakha GPU. Both GPUs have completed Land Development of the school playground following which the area of the playground has increased.
The fencing of both the grounds was done under MGNREGA.
The officials also interacted with the school authorities, job card holders and the general public. Mr. Yadav expressed satisfaction at the quality of work and congratulated the local officials in making the MGNREGA scheme a success in spite of the difficulties faced, the release mentions.
