GANGTOK, 19 Aug: The state government has appointed CB Karki as the Chairperson of Capacity Building, Skill Development, Training Placement, Youth Empowerment and Self Reliant Board as per a notification issued on 14 August. The state government has also appointed PK Gurung as Advisor to the Rural Management and Development Department and Gagan Rai as Chairperson of Power Advisory Board.
