GANGTOK,
25 Jun: The Namchi police on 24 June apprehended an 18 year old teen
in possession of contraband substances. He was found roaming “in a suspicious
manner” at the Mainline Taxi Stand, Namchi Bazaar. 19 capsules of Spasmo Proxyvon
and a small packet of marijuana [ganja] was found in his possession. The teen was
sent to Juvenile Observation Home, Gangtok after completing all the legal
formalities.
