GANGTOK, 16 Dec: A cultural troupe from Sikkim is on a three-day visit to Maharashtra from 15-18 December. The troupe is participating in a cultural event at Karad and Pune.
A press release informs that the organizing committee of the event felicitated the 32-member team from Sikkim at Tahid Village, Karad, Satara District, Maharashtra today. The Governor of Sikkim, Shriniwas Patil was also present at the function.
The troupe will be performing at an event in Pune on 17 December, it is informed.
