GANGTOK, 14 Nov: The annual Sikyue and Ney-sol rituals at Kabi Longstok in North Sikkim will be held on 17 November, the fifteenth day of the ninth lunar month, it is informed.
A press release informs that this year’s prayer is being organized by Save Kabi Longstok Committee.
The prayers are performed annually here by monks and bongthings for universal peace and prosperity, particularly of Sikkim – its environment, land and inhabitants.
The committee has invited all to attend the ceremony and obtain blessings from local guardian deities.
