GANGTOK, 31 Jan: Sikkim Krantikari Morcha’s working president, Bharati Sharma visited Taza, Kaijaley, Takchang, Mamring, Amba of Rhenock constituency on Thursday accompanied by her party workers.
An SKM release informs that during her visit, she accused the SDF government of failing to address the needs of the people of the area due to which these areas have remained underdeveloped.
The people of these areas also expressed dissatisfaction over the pace of development and alleged that the area MLA, Minister Bhim Dhungel has been unable to develop the area, the release claims.
Ms Sharma also accused the SDF party of nepotism, neglecting the public and failing to empower women in the state.
She further urged the public to come forward to fight for change.
