Official team inspects proposed Heritage Handicrafts Museum site in Namchi

GANGTOK, 06 Dec: A team of officials of Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom and Building and Housing Department conducted a joint inspection of the proposed site for the Heritage Handicrafts Museum to come up in Namchi.
A press release informs that the team was led by the DHH Director accompanied by technical engineer of the Buildings Department, Namchi-Singithang MLA Binod Rai and Councilor, T Prasad.
Various aspects of the project were discussed in detail and the Committee directed the official of the Buildings & Housing Department to submit the complete Project Report, Design & Site Plan before 12 December, 2013 for onward submission to the NEC, the release mentions.
The inspection committee also requested MLA Binod Rai for necessary help and assistance in constructing a Traditional Gate on the main road at the entry point of DHH Namchi.
