These, State Government officials inform, are expected to be handed over on Sundat and delivered immediately to Lachen and Lachung in North Sikkim.

GANGTOK, 24 Sept: BSNL has assured to provide two satellite phones to the State Government for use in areas which remain without reliable telecommunication services thus far.
