GANGTOK, 22 Jan: A 41-year-old woman has reportedly died due to drowning in Rimbi river near Rimbi Power House in West Sikkim on 21 January.
Lalita Limboo, a resident of Rimbi Darap, was missing since 20 January and her dead body was recovered from Rimbi river on 21 January.
The husband of the deceased had filed a missing report at Darap Out Post and subsequent search had led to the recovery of the dead body, it is informed. It is suspected that the deceased had fallen from a cliff overlooking the Rimbi river.
