Govt employees resign from SHSC

GANGTOK, 01 Aug: Following the state government notification barring government employees from becoming members of any organization, the government officials and employees in the Sikkim Himalayan Sporting Club submitted their resignations from the Club today. Their resignations were accepted by the club during a meeting held this afternoon here at the club house, Tathangchen. During the meeting, Dadul Bhutia was unanimously elected as the president of an adhoc committee of the SHSC, which will now select other members in his team shortly.
