GANGTOK, 16 Sept: Twenty trainees of Syari Livelihood School here have successfully completed a three-month Spa and Beautician course and a reputed spa & wellness company, Core Wellness Ltd, Mumbai, held a campus interview-cum-placement at the school situated at Khadi Bhavan here today.
Out of the twenty trainees, sixteen have been selected and issued offer letters, informs an official press release.
A legal bond between the guardians of the trainees and the company representative Mr. Srinivasmurty, Training and Operation Manager of Core Wellness Limited, was also signed.
According to the release, the successfully placed trainees will again undergo a three-month ‘On-Job-Training’ (OJT) at the company’s training academy in Mumbai. During the period of the training, the trainees will receive Rs. 4,500 per month as stipend along with free accommodation.
On successful completion of the OJT, the trainees will graduate to a salary of Rs. 8,370 per month (CTC). Accommodation will be provided by the company free of cost along with medical insurance cover and provident fund and leave as per the norms of the Government of Maharashtra, the release mentions.
