GYALSHING, 06 May: Returning Officer West conducted a
meeting with the political candidates and its agents today at the Control Room,
Kyongsa Girls Senior Secondary School regarding the conduct of the counting on
16 May 2014.
Returning Officer, Tshewang Gyachho, informed those present about
the layout of the control room and the procedure of the counting as per the
guidelines of the ECI.
Earlier, the candidates and their representatives were also
shown around the Strong Room in order to enable them to have a close look at
the security arrangements where the polled EVMs are kept under full security.
