  1. Good luck to the new EC members, but do they know what they are up against...a state govt which immensely dislikes the VC and creates problems whenever possible, planting stooges within the organisation to bring abut unrest, the vc-a man so driven by his own ambitions under the garb of betterment of the hill people...where hill ppl for him means ppl from "teesta pari" only. In the first ever visit by the Chancellor of the Univ, he had specially asked how many were locals...and not many were there....go today and take a head count , the scenerio is worse!!! No land, no locals, just opportrunism marks SU and its fraternity!!!!
