IRBn constable dies of brain stroke in Delhi

GANGTOK, 17 Aug: An IRBn constable from Sikkim has died in Fortis hospital, New Delhi this afternoon. According to DIG Range, Dr. MS Tuli, 29-year-old Constable Birkha Bdr Mangar suffered a brain stroke on 15 August and was rushed for medical treatment. His parents reached Delhi on Saturday. It is informed that the doctors wanted to operate but chances were remote so the parents did not give their consent last evening. He was declared dead this afternoon.
