GANGTOK, 07 Sept: Differently-abled children today presented a cultural programme at the Nepali Sahitya Parishad Bhawan at an event organized by the North East Cultural Centre, Dimapur, and Cultural Affairs & Heritage Department.
The children were from Subha Laxmi, a social organization, Spastic Society of Gangtok and Special School for the Deaf.
Rinchen Ongmu, Member, State Planning Commission, was present as the chief guest accompanied by DR Kharel, Secretary, Cultural Affairs & Heritage Department.
In the photograph alongside, children from the Special School for the Deaf perform aided by visual pointers from their teacher off-stage.
