Traveling along the Mangan-Singtam highway has always been a pain with heavy vehicles too heavy for the rough roads causing regular disruptions. Unable to make the climb at Kholey Dara near Mangshila on Tuesday, this truck had to shed some of its load before it could proceed further. While this happened, other vehicles had to wait is a jam which stretched long on both sides. [from WANGCHUK BHUTIA]
