GANGTOK, 16 Feb: Sikkim Democratic Front president has
appointed the party east district vice-president, DT Lepcha, as the in-charge
of Gnathang-Machong constituency. An SDF press release informs that the order,
issued on Saturday, will come into effect immediately.
