GANGTOK, 22 Dec: Dirty Angels Motorcycle Club has this time come up with a charity raffle with an aim not only to make this Christmas a memorable one by drawing the results on this auspicious day with attractive prizes but also with an objective of helping the underprivileged children of Sikkim by organizing a dental programme titled “Sudden Smile” during the month of March, 2014.
A press release informs that the first prize winner of the raffle can choose between a Royal Enfield motorcycle or cash of Rs 1,20,000. A 40-inch Onida television set and 15.6 inch HP laptop are the second and third prizes respectively.
The club has printed a limited number of raffle tickets of which around 500 are left now. Ticket sale will close on 24 December and the draw will be held on 25 December. The winning numbers would also be published in local newspapers.
The club will use the entire profits of the raffle for helping the underprivileged, the release mentions. The club has further appealed to the people of Sikkim to donate clothes, shoes and soft toys.
