RANGPO, 29 Jan: Rangpo police arrested a youth when he was found in possession of contraband substances. The youth, reportedly a resident of Mandi Bazaar here, was picked up when he drove in from Taar Khola and his vehicle was searched on suspicion. Rangpo youth arrested with ‘drugs’
RANGPO, 29 Jan: Rangpo police arrested a youth when he was found in possession of contraband substances. The youth, reportedly a resident of Mandi Bazaar here, was picked up when he drove in from Taar Khola and his vehicle was searched on suspicion.
