  1. Oh my God. Government Doctors on duty on sunday.
This was purely a pre planned activity of the Health Minister to save face after the Chief Minister visited and exposed the state of Singtam Hospital.
Health Minister Saab please do not mislead our Chief minister. This kind of pre planned activity will not benifit the public as after you are gone it would be pack up and go for the Doctors.
Please place the facts and place corrective measures.
Everyone in sikkim knows the work culture of the government employees on Sundays and Holidays. So do not fool People.

  2. As a saint-social worker I visited mangan and lachen..but when I saw the condition of govt dispensory at lachen was much sad. The alone nurse (may be her name hema or heema) was working much hard alone ..and when I asked her for residence quarter of staff she ignored the question means directly lack of residences for staff..met some more people..nice people and much cultured to welcome any visitor though..just the misiter is nt to look after the infra structure he should also see the human problems of his government workers too..as a youth politician-social-spiritual worker at state/center i have visited nearly all sections of humanity and felt that any leader /govtt is considered to be best when their affection towards their own worker is humanistic...just sa hint rest all can understand!!
    thanks
