Letter:
Going by the frustration and humiliation suffered during encounters with few traffic policemen within Gangtok, I can well imagine the plight of my fellow citizens of the largest democracy of the world where Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) is in force. My heart goes out to the people of Manipur and J&K who have to face extreme suffocation and humiliation from the men in uniform on a daily basis.
