A press release informs that, HOD, SMIMS, Dr. VK Mehta attended the function as the chief guest along with Dr. Dechenla Tshering Bhutia, Dr. Sumit Kar, Dr. Nesrin Banu, Dr. Saunalia Roy, Medical Social Worker, Prem Doma Sherpa and social worker, Rupa Newpaney.
