GANGTOK, 02 Nov: To deliberate on different issues related to urban transport in hill towns, a workshop on Mobility Issues of Hilly Towns began here today. The three-day workshop is being organised by the Institute of Urban Transport [IUT] and sponsored under the UNDP-GEF supported Sustainable Urban Transport Project.
