GANGTOK, 25 Oct [IPR]: The Advisory Council Meet of the Sikkim Human Development Report, 2013 has been called for 28 October, Monday at 10:15 a.m. at Mannan Bhawan here. The Chief Minister, who is also the Chairperson of the Advisory Council for the Sikkim HDR, will be chairing this Meet. Executive member, Lok Sabha MP PD Rai and Advisor Member, Dr. A. K. Shivakumar, who will be presenting an overview on the Sikkim HDR, will also be present.
