GANGTOK, 11 Aug: The body of one of the three boys feared to have drowned in Teesta on 06 August. The dead body of Kishan Rai (Khaling) has been recovered from Teesta Barrage today. Bikram Rai, Ramesh Roy and Kishan Rai had been swept away by the river when the boys were out for a break near the riverside at Mamring.
