GANGTOK, 23 June: The Sikkim Krantikari Morcha MLA elected
from Martam-Rumtek, Dr. Michung Bhutia, was administered the oath of office by
Speaker KN Rai in the Sikkim Legislative Assembly today. Dr. Bhutia had missed
the oath-taking ceremony of the new Legislators held on 28 May.
