CRC Level Primary Teachers Training conducted at Kitam Sec School

NAMCHI, 06 Nov: The fourth day of the Cluster level Primary Teachers’ Training took place at Govt Secondary School Kitam, South Sikkim on 05 Nov under the direction of District authority of HRDD (South) to make primary teachers efficient and competent for the holistic development of students of elementary level, informs a press release.
In the first session of the training, GT of Kitam SS, Suresh K Subba, highlighted on the importance of education. Citing various examples he said that education is the only agency through which transformation of man from crude to desirable form is possible, the release informs. PT of Kitam SS, Yomima Bhutia, highlighted on ‘Talk Partner’ which can be introduced in our classrooms to not only develop language but also provide them enough opportunity in different activities within the classroom.
HM-cum-Complex Organizer of Kitam SS, DM Thapa, talked about the importance and problems of teaching Hindi as the third language at the elementary level.  Teacher Trainees from Kitam School and its feeder schools enthusiastically participated in the interactive session, the release mentions. I
On the third day of the Training, teachers from St. Mary’s School Kitam, Private English School of Kitam, were also present. Such training is conducted every Saturday within the Cluster level, the release adds.
