MANGAN, 09 Apr: SDF Lachen-Mangan candidate, TW Lepcha,
addressed a gathering at Chungthang ground today where he urged people to vote
for SDF. After the meeting, the party took out a motor rally of around 195
vehicles from Chungthang to Mangan bazaar. Yesterday, SKM had taken out a
similar motorcade, it may be recalled.
