During the interaction session, the bank staff urged people to come forward with any suggestions or complaints if there are any lapses in service from the bank. In response, the people suggested that customers from rural areas should be properly explained details of the process of opening an account like documents required so that they do not face any problems.
Also present in the function were Chedup Lepcha [zilla member, Lum/Gor/Sangtok GPU], Chung Chung Tongden Lepcha [Principal Springdale School], members of Dikchu Bazaar Committee and the general public.
