The practical session was organized at the Mangan Nagar Panchayat with ADC (Dev), TC Kaleon, as chief guest, and attended MNP president KJ Bhutia, councilor PK Malu, SI Palden Bhutia, resource person Dewakar Basnet from Gangtok and DPO (NDZP), T Sachokpa.
The practical session was attended by business community members of the town, taxi drivers, children and women of Mangan bazaar area.
