Special talk introduces SU students to emerging technology and issues

GANGTOK, 15 June: Dr. Noah Arceneaux of San Diego State University unraveled the complex workings of the spectrum issue for students of Sikkim University here on Thursday, 13 June, as he delivered a special talk on “Spectrum Policy & Mobile Phones in India: Emerging Issues” at SU’s Saramsa unit.
Associate Professor Dr. Arceneaux has been researching on this topic as part of his Fulbright Fellowship. The talk was organized by the Mass Communication department of SU in an attempt to introduce students to emerging technologies and issues.
