Porky’s serves up new flavours- REBYNA RANA

GANGTOK, 16 June: Porky’s Restaurant at Hotel New Castle at Deorali here, a well known name in the restaurant business since 1989, has recently introduced new flavours for its customers.
While talking to NOW!, Managing Director Porky’s [New Hotel Castle], Sunil Mohra said, “It has been almost a month since we introduced some new flavours in our restaurant. We hope that our new menu will please Gangtokians as well as tourists.”
This is due to the new chefs that the restaurant has brought in from Mumbai and Bangalore. Chinese Tandoori [Schezwan] is a new item that the restaurant offers. The restaurant offers Chinese, Thai and Italian cuisine along with some new mouth watering snacks.
For those who prefer Italian cuisine, the Spaghetti and Pasta at Porky’s has a new zing to it while the Sizzlers have also been revamped.
When asked about the response from customers, Mr Mohra said that the response has been positive so far especially from the locals. “We are offering good food at reasonable prices”, he added.
Cocktails and Mocktails have also been introduced in the restaurant while some new services like reservation of tables for lunch and dinner is also available.
“I hope people like the changes and respond positively”, added Mr Mohra.
