GANGTOK, 01 Nov: A monthly programme, “Vyakhyan Shrankhla”, was launched on 29 Nov here at Nepali Sahitya Parishad Bhawan with its first episode featuring renowned litterateur, Mahananda Paudyal, as its first guest to share his literary experiences.
An initiative of the Nepali Sahitya Parishad, the experience sharing session was followed by an active interaction bweteen the audience and the guest, informs a press release issued by the NSP publicity secretary, Hemant Giri.
Through the ‘Vyakhyan Sharankhala”, Nepali Sahithya Parishad seeks to bring respected personalities of Nepali literature and culture to speak about their craft, experience and inspiration, and thus create a forum to share their experiences, their struggles and success in their respective fields directly with their audience and fans, the release explains.
The record of these monthly events will be compiled and published annually.
NSP has further resolved to organize the event on the first Sunday of every month with the next episode of the programme scheduled to be held on 04 Dec, adds the release.
The second edition of the event will have popular musician Shanti Thatal as the guest speaker.
