Zydus workers demand wages for working days lost to ASDLF bandh


GANGTOK: Workers at Zydus Health Care, a pharmaceutical company in Rangpo staged a protest on Wednesday, refusing to work unless their demands were met by the management. The workers were demanding that wages be paid for the two-day strike called on 04 and 05 April by the labour front of the Sikkim Democratic Front party. It is informed that the matter was resolved at around 10 AM and the workers resumed their duties.
