NAMCHI, 02 May: One person has been accused of assaulting
two children in Perbing, South Sikkim. The mother of the two children has
lodged a complaint with the Namchi Police against one Passang Norbu Sherpa for
allegedly assaulting her children with a weapon on 01 May. The parents were
away when the incident occurred. The children are admitted in Namchi hospital.
A case has been registered at Namchi Police Station, Under Section 307/354 IPC,
and is under investigation.
