GANGTOK, 25 Aug: With the view to help develop dairy farming and meat production in the State, a Gangtok-based veterinary doctor has offered to provide free consultation and aid regarding veterinary problems.
In a press release, Dr Pratik Sharma states that he hopes for a "white" and "red" revolution in the state with increased milk and meat production. He has requested dairy farmers, livestock owners and others to make serious efforts to develop these sectors further in Sikkim so that it would help in the upliftment of the socio-economic status of the poor and also create employment opportunities.
In this regard, Dr Sharma has offered to provide 24-hour free service through his Facebook page [drpratik kashyap] and also on 9749993817.
