GANGTOK, 03 July: Pradhyuman Shrestha of Dentam in West Sikkim, a senior litterateur and editor, has been selected for this year’s Bhanu Puraskar. His name for the prestigious award was announced by the Nepali Sahitya Parishad yesterday. The award will be conferred on Bhanu Jayanti which falls on 13 July.
Mr. Shrestha will be presented with shawl, a citation, Tampatra and Rs. 21,001 in cash. Thus far, 25 persons have been felicitated with this award, an NSP press release informs.
